Reservations

Reservations are requested online and reviewed by our team. No payment is collected on the website. Once we confirm the vehicle is available, a $100 nonrefundable reservation fee is required to secure it.

  • The $100 reservation fee is applied toward your total rental cost.
  • Reservation fees are nonrefundable for customer-initiated cancellations.
  • Your reservation is confirmed only after the reservation fee is received.
  • Taxes, any security deposit, and your final total are confirmed with you before payment.

Cancellations

Late arrivals & no-shows

0–15 minutes lateNo penalty.

After 30 minutesThe reservation may be considered a no-show if you have not contacted us.
Flight delays or emergenciesExtensions may be approved at management's discretion. Tell us as early as you can.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery is a flat $150 and includes picking the car back up at the end of your rental. We deliver to homes, hotels, vacation rentals, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) in the Orlando area. You can also collect the car from us in Orlando at no charge.

Please be at the delivery address at the scheduled time with your license. The late-arrival terms above apply to deliveries and returns.

Driver requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
  • A valid, unexpired driver's license matching the name on the reservation.
  • Proof of full-coverage auto insurance (comprehensive & collision), unless rental coverage is purchased where offered.
  • Only drivers approved by Xclusive Rentals may operate the vehicle.

Vehicle use

  • No smoking or vaping in any vehicle.
  • No racing, track use, off-road driving, or towing.
  • Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was delivered with.
  • Tolls, parking, and traffic citations during the rental are the renter's responsibility.
  • Each vehicle includes a daily mileage allowance shown on its page; additional miles may be billed.
  • Report any accident, damage, or warning light to us immediately.
